Carolina People Co. was founded by Rachel Wagner, an HR leader with 12+ years of experience across employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, compliance, organizational development and leadership support.
Rachel has supported employees and leaders from frontline teams through executive leadership and has handled thousands of complex employee situations.
CPC wasn't created to recreate corporate HR for small businesses. It was created to give growing companies the level of HR expertise they need, without requiring a full-time hire.
PERSONAL NOTE
Rachel lives in the Upstate of South Carolina with her husband and two kids. When she's not working with clients, you can usually find her playing Mahjong or watching reality TV.
